Our Approach at Integrative Psych

We know how valuable and fragile relationships can feel. Our goal is to create a flexible, approachable environment where both partners feel safe, respected, and supported throughout the process.

Couples therapy at Integrative Psych is grounded in an attachment-based, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) lens. This allows us to move beyond surface-level conflict and get to the root of the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. We also integrate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills including mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation to help you communicate more clearly and respond to each other in new, more supportive ways.

All of our couples therapists are LGBTQIA+ and polyamory educated and affirming, and are comfortable working with concerns related to sex, intimacy, and relationship structure. Your relationship will be met with openness, respect, and without assumptions.

Ongoing training and advanced clinical education are a core part of our culture. Your therapists are continually learning, refining their work, and bringing the most current, evidence-based strategies into each session.
